At Rosa, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find the style that makes you feel most confident.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your parcel.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Shipment

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our fashion studio.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
